On February 12th, Representatives Ken Luttrell and Paul Wesselhoft were elected co-chairmen of the Native American Caucus within the Oklahoma House of Representatives.
 
Rep. Wesselhoft, a Republican, is a member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation while Rep. Luttrell is Cherokee and a member of the Democratic party.
 
Priority issues for the 21-member caucus this session will be education, workforce development and health care.
